Voting Period

Voting opens: October 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time
Voting closes: November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time

There is no limit on the number of times an individual may vote during the official voting period.

Repeated manual voting by an individual is expressly permitted.

Votes must be submitted manually through the official Challenge voting page.

Automated voting systems, bots, scripts, or other technological methods designed to generate votes automatically are prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove votes reasonably determined to have been generated through automated methods, fraudulent activity, or technological manipulation of the voting process.

The finalist receiving the highest number of valid votes at the conclusion of the voting period will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

If the finalist with the highest number of valid votes is ineligible or is disqualified under these Official Rules, the eligible finalist with the next-highest number of valid votes will be considered for the Grand Prize, subject to verification. The same process will continue if necessary. Any tie for the highest eligible vote total will be resolved under the Tie Procedure below.

Tie Procedure

In the event of a tie, Trevor Lawrence Jr. and the judging panel will select the winner from among the tied finalists based upon the original judging criteria.

8. Prize

The Grand Prize winner will receive:

A feature of the winner’s submitted drum performance in the November 14, 2026 one-year anniversary episode of The TrevBeats Show, which will also feature special guests.

Additional sponsor prizes will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Prize partners and specific additional prizes may be confirmed after the Submission Period begins, including after October 5, 2026. As each prize is confirmed, Sponsor will update the Challenge website and these Official Rules with its description, approximate retail value, any geographic or shipping restrictions, fulfillment details, and other material limitations. The anniversary episode feature described above remains the Grand Prize feature regardless of when additional prizes are announced.

Prizes are not transferable. If an announced prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. Prizes may be subject to applicable taxes.

Sponsor is responsible for awarding the prizes described in these Official Rules as updated on the official Challenge website. Each partner supplying an additional prize will be identified when that prize is announced.

The winner will be publicly revealed as part of The TrevBeats Show one-year anniversary episode on November 14, 2026.

9. Entry Permissions and Release

Required entry permissions and content releases will be completed as part of the official Challenge Entry Form. If the entrant is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must complete the online authorization and consent to the content permissions on the entrant’s behalf.

By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms acceptance of these Official Rules and grants the permissions described in Section 11 below.

Entrants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have a parent or legal guardian provide the required authorization.

Completion of these requirements at the time of entry is intended to allow Sponsor to administer finalist selection, voting, winner verification, and prize fulfillment without requiring the entrant to execute the same permissions again after being selected.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to contact and coordinate with the winner.

11. Permission to Use Submitted Content

Entrants retain ownership of their original content.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the entrant’s original video or performance to Sponsor.

For an entrant under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, public display of the entrant’s name, handle, image, voice, or performance requires the parent’s or legal guardian’s authorization through the Entry Form.

Sponsor authorizes entrants to use the official Challenge theme, without charge, solely to create and submit their Challenge performance and, if they choose, to post that performance on social media in connection with the Challenge. This limited permission does not transfer ownership of the theme or authorize unrelated uses of it.

12. Privacy Notice

TrevBeats Multimedia LLC collects the information an entrant provides in the Entry Form and submission email, including contact and eligibility details, phone number, and, for entrants aged 13–17, date of birth, as well as the performance link and, if provided, social-media handle. For minors, Sponsor also collects the parent’s or guardian’s contact information, including phone number, and online authorization. Sponsor may collect voting records and technical information needed to count valid votes and prevent automated voting. Sponsor uses this information for:

Sponsor uses personal information for these stated Challenge purposes and does not use entrant or guardian contact information for unrelated marketing without a separate opt-in. Sponsor may share necessary information with the judging panel and service providers helping administer the Challenge, and with confirmed prize partners to fulfill an applicable prize. Finalist performances and the permitted identifying details may be published as described in Section 11. Entrants and parents or legal guardians may email trevbeatsshow@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests concerning their information, subject to applicable law.

Parent or guardian information is used to authorize and administer a minor entrant’s participation and to communicate with the guardian about that entry. The Entry Form will link to these Official Rules, including this Privacy Notice, and will allow a parent or guardian to provide the required authorization and content permissions online.

The Entry Form will offer a separate, optional, initially unchecked opt-in to emails about future editions of The TrevBeats Show Drum Challenge. Adults may opt in for themselves; for a minor entrant, the parent or guardian may opt in to receive those emails. Opting in is not required to enter, and consent may be withdrawn by emailing trevbeatsshow@gmail.com or using an unsubscribe link in such emails.

Sponsor may retain Challenge entries, permissions, contact information, and related records as reasonably necessary to administer the Challenge, feature submitted content, promote future editions of the Challenge, honor communication choices, and meet applicable legal requirements. Requests concerning personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

13. Platform Disclosures

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook are not responsible for the administration of the Challenge or the selection or fulfillment of prizes.

Entrants release Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook from liability arising from or related to participation in the Challenge to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Challenge if fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the fairness, security, or administration of the Challenge.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

Repeated manual voting by individuals during the official voting period is expressly permitted and will not constitute prohibited vote manipulation.

Sponsor reserves the right to make reasonable administrative changes necessary to operate the Challenge. Any material changes affecting entrants will be communicated through the official Challenge page where reasonably practicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and those assisting with the Challenge are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccessible submissions, interrupted communications, or technical failures outside their reasonable control. By entering, entrants agree to release those parties from claims arising from participation in the Challenge or receipt or use of a prize, except for claims that cannot lawfully be waived. For a minor entrant, the parent or legal guardian gives this agreement on the minor’s behalf to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
